She practiced rhythmic gymnastics for 15 years from age 5 to 20 and graduated from Waseda University.
2006　Joined the first generation FAIRLY JAPAN rhythmic gymnastics national selection group team.
2007　Competed at the World Championships in Greece
2008　Competed at the Beijing Olympics
2009　Won an event title at the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Cup
At the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships that same year, she placed 4th in an event

She has competed in many international competitions and retired from Fairy Japan.
She is currently active as a rhythmic gymnastics coach, model, artist, and yoga instructor.
She also enjoys golf, mountain climbing, and cycling.
