About Returns and Exchanges

1. In the case of initial defects, damage, contamination, or incorrect shipping caused by our company

Please return the item by cash on delivery within 7 days of receiving it.
We kindly ask you to fill in your "Name", "Address", and "Contact Information", and return it to our company within 7 days. Thank you for your cooperation.
We will be shipping the replacement product from our company.
We will conduct a thorough inspection of the product as soon as it arrives and will deliver it urgently. For items that are out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

*Items that cannot be exchanged or refunded

For items that have scratches, dirt, or signs of use due to the customer's responsibility, we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds. Please note that the color and texture of the product may differ slightly from the actual item due to your browser or monitor, so we ask for your understanding in advance.

2. In the event that the product is damaged or scratched due to accidents during delivery

Please contact us within 7 days from the date of product arrival.
We will cover the shipping costs and promptly deliver a new item.
At that time, our contracted shipping company may contact you directly. Thank you for your understanding.
*For items that are out of stock, we cannot exchange them, so we will issue a refund. We will cover any fees incurred during this process.

3. In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer convenience

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience are not accepted.
Please check to ensure there are no mistakes with the product before placing your order.

4. Regarding Cancellations and Cooling-Off

If you need to cancel due to an error with your ordered items, please contact us by the day before the scheduled delivery date or by 3 PM on the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations after delivery will be treated as returns. Please bear the cost of the round-trip shipping and the transfer fee from our company.
