User Guide

On the account registration page, enter your name, email address, and password, then review the details and click the [Register] button to create an account. After registration is complete, we will send the registration details to the email address you provided. Account registration is free, and there is no joining fee or annual fee of any kind.

If you need to change your customer information, such as your address, phone number, or password, please log in and go to “My Page” and select “Edit address.”

If you have forgotten the password you registered when creating your account, you can reset it from “Forgot your password?” on the login page. Enter your registered email address and submit it, and we will send you an email containing the URL for the password reset page. Access the URL in the email and change your password.

If you would like to cancel your membership (withdraw), please submit your request from Membership Cancellation in My Page.
