A special collaboration between L4K3 and artist Taro Yakumo. Set on the brand’s signature neoprene fabric canvas, it is a one-of-a-kind work in which Taro Yakumo has hand-painted the art. It radiates presence as a truly unique art piece.

This series expresses the worldview of social media, such as hashtags and heart marks used during live streams.
By picking up hashtags trending on social media around the world on the day of production, the work expresses the transience and emptiness of the world of social media through topical themes that exist only in that moment.
This time, since L4K3 is an Italian brand, all of the hashtags were created from hashtags that trended in Italy.
By recreating the visual language of the digital space known as social media on canvas, the work questions the nature of communication in modern society.
By expressing hashtags that reflect ever-changing trends using stencil techniques, it highlights the emptiness behind the glamour of social media.
The work captures a fleeting moment, as if slicing out a smartphone screen, and reflects a complex modern society where digital and analog, reality and fiction intersect.
